Forme un hoyo y en el centro coloque la mantequilla diluida y el queso rallado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"3b8b\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Separar las yemas de huevos y agr\u00e9galas a la mezcla anterior. Batir las claras a punto de nieve y reservar. Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes, agregar la leche en tres tiempos hasta lograr una masa uniforme y suelta. A esta preparaci\u00f3n incorpore las claras batidas y mezclar despacio de forma envolvente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"2464\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">*Para humitas de dulce agregar az\u00facar, an\u00eds y pasas al gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"6d1c\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Colocar 3 cucharadas llenas de la mezcla en cada hoja de choclo y acomodar las humitas crudas en la tamalera.
