un recipiente grande, incorporamos<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cerealeslapradera.com\/\">\u00a0Harina Ma\u00edzarepa La Pradera<\/a>, sal y leche, mezclamos con una cuchara y dejamos reposar por 1 minuto o hasta que la mezcla se espese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luego formamos bolas de masa, utilizando aproximadamente 1\/2 taza de masa para cada una.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Calentamos el aceite en una sart\u00e9n de 12 pulgadas a fuego medio, aplastamos las bolitas de masa y las colocamos en el sart\u00e9n para dorarse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>PREPARACI\u00d3N RELLENO DE POLLO<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En una olla (a presi\u00f3n) colocamos \u00bd kg de pechuga de pollo, \u00bd cebolla, 1\/2 tomate, 1 diente de ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto, a\u00f1adimos agua y cocinamos todo durante 45 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con un tenedor comprobamos la suavidad del pollo para desmechar, a continuaci\u00f3n picamos el pimiento y la cebolla en cuadritos para colocarlos en una sart\u00e9n para refre\u00edr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez que est\u00e9n blandos, a\u00f1adimos el ajo finamente picado y la pasta de tomate, mezclamos todo de vez en cuando para evitar que se asiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finalmente con los dedos desmechamos toda el pollo, a continuaci\u00f3n la colocamos en una olla junto con la pasta de tomate y removemos todo entre 15 y 20 minutos a fuego
